In-Store Purchases

Please inspect your livestock carefully before requesting it to be caught.

Once livestock has been caught, bagged, and paid for, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind.

If You Experience a Loss

To assess any livestock claim, we require:

Clear photos or video of the livestock.

Current water test results (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH).

Tank size and details of your aquarium setup.

Each claim is assessed individually based on the information provided.
