Marine Pure is a filtration media that was initially developed by the US Military for the application of the use in sewerage waste management. However, as the manufacturers discovered the use of the product to the aquarium industry it spun a few products that is dedicated for the aquarium hobby.

How do we use it?

The Spheres, Gems and the Plates are used to seed aerobic bacteria. Aerobic bacteria is used for the breakdown of Ammonia to Ammonium to Nitrite.

The Blocks are used to seed anaerobic bacteria. Anaerobic bacteria is used for the breakdown of Nitrite to Nitrate.
