As an aquarium shop we have the difficult task of having dry goods, plants and live stock.

In order to provide our customers transparency of how we provide services in this we thought of writing this article on how we do things

Live Stock

Nano Tanks Australia prides itself of having a 95% accuracy of our livestock. This means that what you purchase online is what we have in stock.

Please also note however, since we are dealing with livestock sometimes stock dies for no apparent reason, when this happens as a buyer you will be notified because of it

Plants

Our plants are segmented to saleable bunches. We rarely get plants that dies off and our stock control is usually 98%.

Dry Goods

All our dried goods are in stock

What does the following mean?

In stock - You can find the exact quantities we have on hand on individual items. This will give you an accurate reading on how many of each item we currently have.

On Backorder - The products with a back order status means that we currently do not have access to the stock
