Holding Policy

This policy is designed to provide clarity for our customers and our staff to understand the implications of holding stock.

Since we are dealing with livestock it is unfair for the livestock and for us to hold livestock for indefinite periods of time.

The following are our terms

1. All stock will need to be purchased first before we can hold the stock. We do not allow stock reservation.
2. All stock when purchased online will require to be picked up needs to be picked up within 7 days upon your order unless you let us know otherwise and we consent in writing
3. All livestock that cannot easily be replaced like Bettas or Special Orders can die within our care. We provide our stock with the same level of care and if it dies under our care we will let you know. Please check our Returns & Exchanges Policy for the next steps.
