Description
L270 is a species of catfish commonly known as the Chocolate Zebra Pleco. It belongs to the genus Peckoltia and is native to the Xingu River in Brazil. As an aquarium fish, L270 plecos are highly sought after for their striking black and white striped pattern, as well as their small size and peaceful temperament. In terms of care, L270 plecos are fairly hardy and can thrive in a variety of tank setups, but they do require a well-maintained and adequately-sized tank with plenty of hiding places and a varied diet that includes both plant-based and protein-based foods. They are also nocturnal, so it's important to provide plenty of dark hiding places for them to rest during the day.
