Description
The Black-Brown-Black-Footed Mystery Snail is an aquatic snail found in freshwater habitats in Europe and North America. It is a small snail, typically measuring between 1-2 cm in diameter and its shell is a dark brown or blackish color with a white band near the opening. Its foot is a creamy white color and it has two tentacles on its head and two eyes on the sides of its head. This snail feeds on algae, bacteria and detritus, and it is often used in aquariums as a natural cleaner. It is a hardy species and can survive in a variety of water conditions.
