That's why we've put together our 'Safe Fish Guarantee' to give you peace of mind and ensure your new aquatic buddy arrives happy and healthy.
Let’s face it, shipping live fish can be tricky, and despite our best efforts, things can sometimes go wrong. That's where our 48-hour DOA refund policy comes into play. If your fish arrives and, unfortunately, doesn't make it within the first 48 hours, we've got your back. Here's how it works:
Quick Notification: If you notice your fish has arrived in less-than-ideal condition, just let us know within 48 hours.
Proof, Please: Snap a photo of the fish in the unopened bag. This helps us understand what went wrong and ensures we keep improving.
Refund or Replace: We’ll offer you a refund or, if you prefer, we can send a replacement fish your way.
