On Friday, 11th December 2020 Nano Tanks Australia/ OzDiscus was visited by a representative of RSPCA.

We are glad to announce that we are Compliance in ALL Areas.

✅ Compliant in fish Euthanasia (As required)

✅ Compliant in Fire Safety Procedures

✅ Compliant in Aquarium Tank Cleanliness – We also require algae in our tanks for Otocinclus arnoldi and Bristlenose.

✅ Compliant in Aquarium Tank Maintenance

✅ Compliant in Shipping Livestock safely

✅ Compliant in having a certified vet

✅ Compliant in our Handling of Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

✅ Compliant in Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

As a shop I found this to be a great result and it all happened due to a disgruntled customer lodging a complaint.

We are always transparent for those in authority based roles to come and inspect us as we believe that our Operations are well thought of and documented and most importantly audited and transparent.

We comply and acknowledge the code and we acknowledge the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1979 and any laws, As well as the Local Government Act 1993, National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 and their associated Regulations.
