The Kyubi Strain is a new strain of Bettas developed by the Indonesians. It comprises the halfmoon gene and the extreme webbing to make it look like feathers.
Specimens such as these are still rare in the hobby and we believe these are a great addition to any Betta Connisaur.

Are these Betta tails cut?
No fortunately they are not.
Cutting or grooming for competition was the norm in Indonesia and Thailand around 10 years ago and they are frowned upon by the betta community both nationally and internationally now.
These fish has been selectively bred from Rosetails and Feathertails

If they do indeed grow back we will advise accordingly.
