CPDs lives for 3-5 years. When we get them they are usually around 3-6 months old.
How big do they grow?
They grow to a maximum size of 2.5cm (1 inch)
What are the condition that you get them?
We get our CPDs from Australian Breeders that produces these for the Australian Market. They are not wild caught.
What is the history of these fish in Australia?
These fish came to Australia back in 2014 when they were just described. The wild caught specimens were quite strong in comparison and Australia obtained them by the thousands. However we were fortunate whereby the breeders that are experienced in keeping and breeding Danios got hold on them and started breeding them in Victoria and Queensland.
Ever since then, CPDs are considered to be a seasonal staple and rightly so. They are a beautiful fish.
How do you sell them?
We sell them in groups of 3 (To make sure that they have the best chance to survive)
